Following 9 years in senior positions with Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield in Hong Kong and San Francisco, James spent 8 years with the office development and investment company the Akeler Group, initially as MD of its European operations, based in Lisbon and Paris, and latterly as CEO based in London. Under his guidance, the business was sold in late 2006 to Macquarie Goodman (now Goodman International) for 650m.
Since 2007, James has utilised his investment, development, management and consultancy skills to the benefit of a diverse group of organisations in such fields as real estate, intelligence & risk management, construction, and private aviation. He has also invested into various operating companies and has mentored a number of start-up companies.
Educated at Clifton College, Bristol and a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, James was commissioned into the Royal Green Jackets and served for 4 years in various peace-keeping and operational roles.
Stuart has been in real estate finance for 28 years, facilitating senior debt, mezzanine and equity finance. He started his career with Hill Samuel in Edinburgh and went on to set up an independent finance business focussing on property investments and developments.
Through this business he forged close relationships with many property investors and developers. Stuart has in depth understanding of capital providers and he has access to an extensive network of specialist lenders and equity institutions.
The total amount of finance placed by Stuart exceeds £1 billion to date.
Since 2010 Stuart has also been in charge of Acuitus Finance, part of the Acuitus Commercial Auction business, providing many of their clients with funding solutions for real estate investments and developments.

Angela started her personal finance and wealth management career with J. Rothschild Assurance some 25 years ago. She served private and corporate clients, identifying and delivering suitable financial solutions to meet their financial objectives. Angela remained active in this sector until 6 years ago when she decided to dedicate her business entirely to serving her UK and international clients on their real estate investment needs, both in finding and funding.
